Industries / Retail

Retail software,
from the counter to the books.

Sell at the counter and inventory goes down on the spot. Price lists, customer accounts and purchasing live in the same place.

It works for stores that sell to the public and for those that also sell to other businesses: each customer with their own price list and balance.

RELEVO / HOW IT WORKS01 → 04
01
Sell at the counter

Find the product, take payment, done. The sale is recorded with who made it.

02
Inventory goes down

Every sale comes out of its location. Counting stock means filling in a list.

03
Customers keep a balance

Each customer account shows what they bought, paid and owe.

04
Purchasing closes the loop

Order from suppliers and receive goods into the same inventory.

What changes

How it works today,
and how it works with Relevo.

TodayEvery wholesale customer has their own price, and one person knows them all.

With RelevoEach customer has a price list, and every sale uses it automatically.

TodayTo know your stock you count everything, and the number matches nothing.

With RelevoStock goes down with every sale. To count, walk the list, enter what's there and the system records the adjustment.

TodayWhat customers owe you lives in a notebook.

With RelevoEach customer's balance, purchases and payments, in plain sight.

Who it's for

Who it's for,
and who it isn't.

A good fit if

  • Stores with a counter: hardware, health food, books, auto parts, specialty retail.
  • Small distributors that sell to the public and to other businesses.
  • Anyone tracking stock and customer balances in spreadsheets today.

Look elsewhere if

  • Supermarkets with scales and several registers running at once.

Before you start

Practical questions.

Can each customer have different prices?

Yes. Build price lists and assign one to each customer. Sales pick it up automatically, and you can change it on the spot.

How do I count inventory?

From the inventory list, use “Count”: enter what's in each location, save, and every difference is recorded as an adjustment.

Does it handle invoicing?

Relevo prepares the sale and QuickBooks Online creates the invoice. The QuickBooks connection is planned for launch and not available yet.
