Practical questions.
Do I need all three services?
No. Use the platform on its own, automate work in your existing systems, or commission custom software. Each service is available separately.
Is there a setup fee?
Account activation and basic setup are included. Migration services that require our team to prepare, transfer or review your data are quoted separately.
Can I bring my spreadsheets?
Yes. We'll review what can be imported and what needs preparation. Product catalogs and historical transactions may require different work. Any paid migration is agreed in advance.
What happens when my team grows?
The proposed plan includes five users who enter or edit records. Each additional user is US$15 per month. Read-only access is free. These are Relevo users; QuickBooks has its own user limits.
Is my QuickBooks subscription included?
No. The connection is included in Relevo's proposed launch plan. Your QuickBooks Online subscription is purchased and paid for separately.
Does the subscription include custom development?
It includes available modules, software updates and product support. Custom features, additional integrations and automation agents are quoted separately.
