Agent automation · Trained and managed by us
We train AI agents to run an entire process of your company. We manage them ourselves, they work around the clock, and every month you receive the finished work: what to claim, what to fix, what to decide.
Across 1,240 transactions from five processors. Every difference arrives with the transaction ID and the settlement where it should have appeared.
Across 640 invoices, each one matched against its purchase order and receiving record before the payment run.
Crossing your real cost — freight and taxes included — against your selling price and your competitors'. This is what you can charge and still win the sale, with your own numbers behind it.
Across 2,900 SKUs, crossing actual sales, stock on hand and each vendor's lead time. The alert lands before the stockout, not after.
The rep forwards the request as it comes — a PDF, an email, a photo — and gets the finished quote back. It used to take two days.
Across 210 active accounts, prioritized by amount and risk. Cases that need judgment go to your team.
Amounts are illustrative, in US dollars. We measure yours in the first meeting.
If you've never worked with this
You don't need to know how it works inside. You do want to know what it does, who looks after it, and what happens when it isn't sure.
What it is
A program that completes an entire task, not one step. It reads what comes in, decides by your rules and leaves the work done. It is not a dashboard someone has to interpret afterwards.
Training it
Teaching it how your company works: your prices by customer, your exceptions, how each vendor names things, what gets approved automatically and what doesn't. That's what we do in the first weeks.
Managing it
What we do every month: watch that it works, fix it when a system or a format changes, and add new rules. Nobody on your team learns to operate anything.
When in doubt
A well-built agent knows when it doesn't know. Anything that needs judgment goes to a person on your team, with the case already assembled. It never makes up an answer.
They work around the clock, every day. The order that lands at 11 pm is quoted by 11:05. The month's reconciliation is closed by the morning of the 1st, without anyone having to kick it off.
The four numbers that add up
Money leaking out
Recovery
Payments that never reached the bank, fees above the contracted rate, vendor invoices with the wrong prices, customers who owe you and were never chased. This is money you don't have to save: it comes in.
The first month is usually the largest — years of backlog show up at once.
Margin & missed sales
Products selling below the minimum margin. A competitor that moved and nobody saw it. An item that runs out and you find out when a customer asks for it. Capital sitting in inventory that hasn't moved in a year.
This one keeps producing: as long as the company sells, it shows up every month.
Work off your team's plate
Cost
That process costs more than hours today. It costs the errors you end up paying for and the time of the people who fix them. Added up, it's almost always more than automating it and running it. We do that math with you, with your numbers.
Capacity
You and your team handle two or three times the volume, in a fraction of the time. When the business grows you skip the next administrative hire: the process absorbs the volume on its own, and the hours that go into data entry come back for the work that actually needs judgment.
The processes we take over
The rest come later, on the same systems already connected. Each added process costs less than the first.
What you charged, what actually reached the bank and what's missing, with the reason behind every difference.
Every invoice matched against its purchase order and receiving record. Mismatches flagged before payment.
Which products sell below margin, where competitors moved, and what price you can hold given your real cost.
What will run out and when, what to buy and how much, based on what moves and each vendor's lead time.
The request comes in as it comes. The quote goes out with your prices by customer, your discounts and your live stock.
Who to chase first, with the follow-up already done, and nobody having to remember.
Customer questions answered with live data from your system: order status, balance, availability. What needs judgment goes to a person.
Once a week: what changed, why, and what needs someone to decide.

How we work
Half an hour with the person who does the work today. You leave that meeting with a number of your own: what the process costs you each month. If that number doesn't justify hiring us, we tell you right there.
Three to five weeks. Written scope and a closed price before we start. The clock starts when we have access, not when you sign.
The process runs every month and we keep it running. If a vendor changes a format or a connection breaks, we fix it. You can walk away any time.
Relevo is the Spanish word for a shift handoff — one person leaves the job, another takes it. Step three is where the name comes from.
What's within reach today
Building this got much faster and much cheaper. The result didn't change — what it takes to have it did.
The price
Two companies pay differently for the same process, and the math works for both. Your volume and the hours the process consumes today set the number.
Building the process and connecting it to your systems. In most cases it pays for itself with what the first month surfaces. Price closed before we start.
It runs, we watch it, and it keeps working when something changes. Includes adjustment hours every month.
Above what the subscription includes, you pay per document processed. If your volume drops, you pay less.
The reference point: an administrative hire runs about $4,000 a month, works one shift and takes vacations. One process costs a fraction of that, shows up every day, and you can walk away any month.

Who's behind this
I designed and ran the data architecture of a wholesale distributor: stock, pricing, purchasing, logistics and collections, with over 1,200 orders a month. Everything offered here I built first to solve a problem of my own.
Computer Science degree from the University of Buenos Aires. There's a technical team behind this, so your process doesn't depend on one person being available.
First step
We measure what the process costs you today: hours, errors and what gets lost along the way. That number is yours to keep, whether you hire us or not.
